We provide exchange facilities in case you receive defective or wrong products, we also provide exchange in size issue

Steps to exchange product (only if you received wrong or defective product)

• Send photos/video about the issue
• We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, Once confirm with our customer service executive, You will have to parcel us back and As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to pay for courier which you parcel us back.
• It will take 7-8 working days to send you the new product once we receive the old product.

NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product , so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
